Enhancement features as a result of this collaboration include replenishment wave, JIT replenishment during wave, easy picking, wave optimization, and put-to-store for retail and e-commerce.

Warehouse Execution System

Working collaboratively with a leading home improvement retailer, VCO Systems has built a warehouse execution system (WES) that combines warehouse workload planning, four wall planning, real-time execution, and retail-time visibility into one integrated enterprise solution that all of our clients can now leverage. The main goal of this solution is to solve the challenges of tomorrow, namely the need for more automation and less labor in an environment that simplifies the roles and responsibilities of the warehouse management system. With the latest technology framework (Spring Boot, Angular JS, React, JPA, AppDynamics, etc.), CI-CD Pipeline, cloud computing and microservice architecture, we have successfully deployed WES microservices with robust automated testing.
